Meea Kang is a founding partner of Domus, bringing
over seventeen years of professional experience to the field of housing
development. Her background in art, design, architecture, construction,
housing and community development provides her with a rich source of insight
to make the projects she develops unique.
Jong C. Limb
A founding partner of Domus, Jong Limb has over
twenty years of experience in equity investment and asset management. With
a keen understanding of the affordable housing market, Jong helps Domus
to efficiently target its acquisition dollars to provide essential housing
services while bringing value to the investor.
Monique R. Hastings
A founding partner of Domus, Monique Hastings has
extensive experience in the equity investment and asset management sectors
of project development. Acting from the investor’s perspective, Monique
helps Domus structure deals efficiently while providing essential due diligence
and contract review capabilities during the acquisition and finance phases.
Jason A. Hobson
Jason A. Hobson is a principal of Domus, bringing
significant experience in real estate and financal legal matters to residential
development. Prior to joining Domus, Jason was senior legal counsel and an officer
of a national tax credit syndicator engaged in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit
Equity investments throughout the United States.
